Challengesailcloth have been our main partners for a year, using their fabrics for most of our products.
Each meter saves half a kilo of CO2 compared to nylon or polyester fabric.
Contains no TPU , PVC , DWR or other harmful coatings. The resulting CO2 emissions are:
- 50% lower than nylon
- 38% lower than polyester film, comparable to organic cotton.
The 45° blue recycled yarn improves orientation and reduces waste by approximately 10% .
The production system eliminates drying ovens, hot chambers for polymerization and high energy consumption.
It is a certified recycled fabric. The adhesive system does not contain volatile organic compounds that pollute the air, land or sea

We at GPACKS are committed to optimizing the scraps of our products as much as possible, we try to reuse the waste to produce smaller products or details of them. The waste is differentiated by type and if possible donated to schools or recreational workshops.
